We released all of the requested documents relating to any and all fire department records, mentioning 892-896 Allens Avenue, without redaction. In regards to UST (Underground Storage Tank Permits) – Please contact the RI Department of Environmental Management (DEM) for these records.  The City of Providence is not the keeper of those records. For records regarding Historic Tax Assessor/Town Clerk Plats depicting the address location, those records can be found, in accordance with R.I.G.L. § 38-2-3(e), on the City of Providence web site at Records prior to August 1, 2004, are likewise available for inspection at the Recorder of Deeds office at City Hall. Please visit for information about hours and location.  You posed a question regarding the dates of connection to municipal utilities.  The sewer connection was made on Nov. 1915 for 892 Allens Avenue, aka 227 New York Ave. (Please see attachment.)  Lastly, for historic, and/ or official Tax Assessor's property card including the chain of title – Please visit the Recorder of Deeds office for this information.
